We are a group of local business leaders who truly believe that children of all walks of life will benefit from learning the game of golf and its positive values have partnered to build an endowment that will sustain all programs at The First Tee Miami Learning Center, where 5,000 children and families will benefit annually.

The First Tee of Miami Foundation will endow and fully support the activities of the The First Tee of Miami so that all children, no matter what their socioeconomic level, can participate in all the programs. We strive to help them realize their goals in life using the First Tee’s Nine Core Values and Nine Healthy Habits through our education curriculum as a vehicle to their growth and success.
The endowment fund raised by the foundation will defray costs for:
- Education and after school tutoring for underprivileged children provided by professionals
- Rewarding students for academic improvement with golf training by PGA professionals
- Transportation to The First Tee of Miami facility from throughout the counties
- Scholarships and Financial aid for participants in their pursuit of higher education
- Pre-tournament costs for the Doral-Publix Junior Golf Classic Golf and other tournaments given by The First Tee of Miami
As a local institution, we also provide individuals with developmental disabilities equal access to leisure, educational and cultural opportunities through The Sandra DeLucca Development Center.
It is important to note that the Foundation is run completely by volunteers who have all contributed personally to its success. 100% of your donations will go toward the Foundation’s endowment fund to meet the many needs of The First Tee of Miami. There will be no administrative or salary expenses other than third party professionals which may be retained to render services to the Foundation.
